When the traditional path failed me, I turned to deep research. I spent months buried in clinical papers, eventually realizing a hard truth: the very medications meant to 'fix' me were fueling a cycle of sickness. I made the radical choice to reclaim my health through logic, research, and a total overhaul of my lifestyle.
The result? I lost 22kg without a 'diet.' My blood pressure dropped from a dangerous 170/120 to a perfect 125/78 on average. At it's highest my BP was recorded at 280/230 and I was lying in the Critical Care Unit. Today, at 62, I have been medication-free for over three years. I have the energy I had in my 40s, and my gout, sugar issues, stress, and headaches are a thing of the past.
This experience taught me that health isn't just about what’s on your plate—it’s about what’s in your mind. This is why I qualified in both Clinical Nutrition and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Most people fail at health because they try to change their food without changing their thinking.
